However, what truly sets them apart from other in-home caregivers is their natural gift for caring for others. They have a heart for caregiving, and we maintain a rigorous screening and interviewing process to ensure that only the most skilled and compassionate individuals are selected.<\/p>\n<p>Only those who pass this process proceed to complete training to deliver our unique brand of care and become Comfort Keepers. Our Comfort Keepers also undergo extensive background checks and receive ongoing education. Furthermore, they are bonded, insured, and covered by workers\u2019 compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families\u2014and because they are Comfort Keepers employees, we handle their payroll taxes.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve the most favourable outcome for each Comfort Keepers client, we carefully pair Comfort Keepers with clients whose personalities and interests, as well as skills and needs, mesh well.
