Accreditation is an intensive process in which an organization\u2019s processes, policies, and procedures are examined by industry experts against a set of quality standards. To achieve accredited status, Comfort Keepers offices met or exceeded the rigorous standards, for Home Care companies, as defined by Accreditation Canada. The standards that achieving accredited status are based upon include Client Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, Employee Safety, and Healthy Work\/Life Balance among others.<\/p>\n

Achieving accreditation provides Comfort Keeper\u2019s clients, their family, and loved ones with the assurance that they are receiving the best care possible. Comfort Keeper\u2019s employees know that they are working for a company that is committed to providing a safe working environment where caregiving performance is recognized and rewarded. The ten offices across our national network including; Barrie, Collingwood, Edmonton, North and West Vancouver, Oakville, Red Deer, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, and Winnipeg; who have each achieved accredited status demonstrates that Comfort Keepers has built a culture of quality, safety, and excellence, and reinforces Comfort Keepers\u2019 role as a leading home care provider.<\/p>\n
