She has gone beyond what is required to prove her commitment to our company and clients. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Given that her background is as a live-in caregiver, working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, natural. We found ourselves short-staffed for August with a client who receives 24-hour care, and Melanie jumped in! She eagerly and willingly covered the gaps in the schedule, sometimes working a 12-14-hour day. As well as Melanie would then return the next day for another extended shift.
