Accreditation is an intensive process in which an organization’s processes, policies, and procedures are examined by industry experts against a set of quality standards. Comfort Keepers Canada President, Peter Drutz said: “Having achieved the Primer level of Accreditation in 2015, this ultimate award of QMentum (and with Exemplary Standing!) demonstrates our continuous quest for quality and client care.” To achieve this award, Comfort Keepers offices exceeded the rigorous standards, for Home Care companies, as defined by Accreditation Canada. Some of the standards that the Accreditation Award are based upon are Leadership, Client Satisfaction & Safety, Infection Prevention, and Control, Employee Satisfaction & Safety, and Healthy Work/Life Balance among others.
