How much will home care for my loved one cost?

The cost of our services depends heavily on the care plan set up for your loved one.  Our experts can be there part-time, full-time, or around-the-clock to provide a variety of essential tasks for daily living. A care plan is started during a free in-home care consultation, where we meet with you and your loved ones in person to learn more about them and their needs.  Each office is also independently owned and operated, another factor affecting costs.

What options do I have to help pay for care?

Our experts can set up a meeting to discuss with you are various funding options for our in home health care services.  We can also get in contact with the various organizations and agencies responsible for helping you get financial aid.  In many cases services are tax deductible (see the Federal Disability Tax Credit, Medical Expense Credit, Caregiver Tax Credit and/or Credit For Infirm Dependents) when they are recommended by a doctor.  For specific tax information for your area, you will have to contact the Canada Revenue Agency or your financial advisor.  Another option is long term care insurance.  This type of insurance can help families and loved ones that are in need of more extensive help.  Coverage depends on the policy you are holding as well as the specific type care your loved one needs.
