Palliative home care services focus on comfort and quality of life during serious illness, while supporting the family. End-of-life care services are the final stage, when comfort, dignity, and peace become the priority.<\/p>\n

We do not provide health care and we do not replace medical providers. If your loved one has a hospice or palliative care team, care nurse, or doctor involved (for example, with Ontario Health atHome), medical care for patients (such as pain and symptom management) and medical decisions stay with them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
