At-Home Care Services for Seniors

Let our caregivers help where it matters most with a unique care plan adapted to your needs

Medical Alert Consoles

Medical alert consoles, also known as Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS), are small, tabletop units used in the home to alert the SafetyChoice® Centralized Monitoring Station when a loved one needs assistance. When the button on an alert bracelet or necklace/pendant (or on the console itself) is pressed, the system becomes a loud, hands-free speaker phone and provides two-way communication to the SafetyChoice® Centralized Monitoring Station that is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

When we receive a distress call, our friendly, experienced staff maintain contact until appropriate assistance arrives, whether it is a neighbor, family member, or emergency medical professional. These consoles connect to either an existing phone line or a cellular service.

A variety of monitoring accessories, such as smoke and motion detectors, can be added to enhance security in the home.

Comfort Keepers’® line of SafetyChoice® medical alert consoles offer a range of capabilities. Learn more about your options below, then contact your nearest Comfort Keepers® office to arrange an in-home consultation. We’ll help you understand how these systems work — and how much reassurance they provide. Please note, products may vary by location.
