Comfort Keepers offices offer many jobs, part-time and full-time, for people who want to help seniors and other adults live safely at home. Our caregivers are the heart of what we do. We also hire office teams to support care and share our services. Each local office hires its own staff.
Companion/Homemaker
Provide non-medical, in-home support that helps clients stay safe and comfortable. Help with light home tasks. Offer companionship. Support clients who need social time and a little guidance to keep a clean, orderly home.
Personal Care Aide
Provide personal care and help with daily tasks, including:

Bathing, grooming, and hygiene.

Bookkeeper
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Support bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks. Enter data. Prepare reports. Keep records up to date.
Client Care Coordinator
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Set up and arrange home care services for clients. Support quality care. Work with office staff and caregivers. Stay in touch with clients and family members. Work with community providers and referral sources. Work with insurance companies, care managers, and other third-party payers.
General Manager
Lead daily operations. Support the team. Make sure care meets quality goals and stays cost-effective. Oversee office staff through supervision, counselling, teaching, and teamwork. Work with the Franchisee, marketing staff, and supervisors. Help put office policies in place. Plan future programs.
HR Specialist
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Manage human resources work for the office. Support hiring and retention. Support pay, benefits, and related tasks. Compile and maintain personnel records. Orient and supervise home care service providers. Keep complete personnel files in line with our policies and procedures.
Intake Coordinator
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Turn service inquiries into in-home visits. Work with staff, clients, and family members. Work with community providers and referral sources. Work with insurance companies, care managers, and other third-party payers.
Marketing Assistant
Report to the Marketing Coordinator. Contact and meet with referral sources. Build strong referral ties to keep referrals coming in. Work with the scheduler to track referrals, client assessments, and intake. Help meet growth goals. Report results to the supervisor each week. Share wins and gaps. Revisit the marketing/business plan.
Marketing Coordinator
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Contact and meet with referral sources. Build strong referral ties to keep referrals coming in. Work with office staff to track referrals, client assessments, and intake. Help meet growth goals. Report results to the supervisor each week. Share wins and gaps. Revisit the marketing/business plan.
Office Manager
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Manage and supervise reception, secretarial, and clerical work in the office.
On-Call Specialist
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Take the lead on calls during the on-call period. Provide customer service. Support staff during that time. Keep accurate records of calls and actions. Update the office team.
Receptionist
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Greet callers in person and by phone. Find out what they need. Direct them to the right person. Help with projects and other tasks as needed.
Scheduling Coordinator
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Schedule qualified home care service providers for new and current clients. Stay in touch with clients and caregivers.
Scheduling Assistant
Report to the Scheduling Coordinator. Schedule qualified care experts for new and current clients.
Territory Sales Manager
Report to the General Manager/Franchisee. Help meet revenue goals. Build sales through cold-calling, events, and networking. Build strong ties with key referral sources. Work with both medical and non-medical referral sources. Report results to the supervisor each week. Share wins and gaps. Revisit the marketing/business plan.
