In addition to our screening process, all of our Comfort Keepers are also bonded, insured and provided Workers’ Compensation Insurance to protect our clients. With a background in political science and economics—and years of hands-on experience in home care—he brings both thoughtful leadership and a personal touch to every client relationship. For Roger, it’s not just about providing care—it’s about making people feel seen, supported, and valued like family.
Heather Martin
Director
Heather Martin has many years of professional and general management experience and has used this experience to build her own successful corporation, Comfort Keepers. Prior to venturing into Comfort Keepers, she worked for 18 years with a US based Company assisting with public relations, acquisitions, divestitures and general administration. Through Comfort Keepers, she is very involved in the White Rock/South Surrey community and helps organize programs and events for seniors. Comfort Keepers was awarded the 2017 Business Excellence Award from the South Surrey White Rock Chamber of Commerce. She spends her spare time helping and volunteering with Organizations like Luke 15 House and preparing and serving meals to the less fortunate. Heather is the Chair for the Semiahmoo Seniors Planning Table and the Secretary on the Burnaby Seniors Resources Society. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She resides with her family in Surrey.
Ethan Martin

Ethan is the Director of Comfort Keepers Home Care which services the Lower Mainland as well as the Greater Victoria region. He started his career in Orthopaedics & Orthotics before joining his family-owned company, Comfort Keepers. Through his experiences at Comfort Keepers, he found his love of helping people who are in need. Ethan plays an integral role in establishing his company’s core values of honesty, integrity, compassion and respect. These core values resonate in Ethan’s personal life as well as in the work he does.
Ethan is on the Technical Advisory Committee of SafeCareBC as well as a Director on the Board of the Rotary Club of White Rock.
