Only those who pass this process proceed to complete training to deliver our unique brand of care and become Comfort Keepers. Our Comfort Keepers also undergo extensive background checks and receive ongoing education. Furthermore, they are bonded, insured, and covered by workers’ compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families—and because they are Comfort Keepers employees, we handle their payroll taxes.
