My elderly father had fractured his neck vertebrae and we needed a RN for collar care, and additional support with the transition from the hospital. We reached out to Comfort Keepers in Kelowna, and the nurse was extremely knowledgeable and empathic and genuine with her care. She truly listened to our needs and has been more than accommodating with scheduling us, even on short notice. Her 20 plus years as a nurse gave us the confidence that proper care would be given. She truly cares about her clients, and she has built a genuine bond of trust, that is truly appreciated in todays challenging health care system.
