Arvind Jain — Owner & Managing Director, Comfort Keepers | IITian | Tech Strategist | Marathon Runner | Community Builder
Arvind Jain is a purpose-driven leader with over 28 years of global experience across IT, construction, and program management—including 3+ years in Canada. An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), he has led high-impact programs for global companies like Tata Motors and Amdocs, delivering innovation across APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
Arvind’s professional journey rests on five key pillars: People, Program, Production, Finance, and most importantly—the Customer. But what truly defines him is not just what he has built, but how and why he builds: with compassion, courage, and a desire to serve.
A follower of the Art of Living and a proud father of two daughters, Arvind blends strategic thinking with spiritual grounding. His life has been a series of reinventions—from battling chronic asthma to completing marathons, from tech boardrooms to founding a senior care service rooted in empathy.
His entry into the world of caregiving came from a deeply personal place. When his family sought home care services for his own father, Arvind experienced firsthand how vital this support is—not just for the elderly, but for the entire family’s peace of mind. It became a turning point. As he often says, “I want to build this now, before I need it myself.”
Today, as the Owner and Managing Director of Comfort Keepers; Coquitlam, PoCo-Mable Ridge & Pitt Meadows, Arvind is channeling his decades of leadership into a mission that matters—delivering dignified, relationship-centered care to seniors in their own homes. His vision is clear: to create a service that doesn’t just assist, but uplifts and honors the human spirit.
A community builder at heart, Arvind continues to mentor emerging leaders, share positivity through writing and speaking, and champion a future where technology, humanity, and compassion go hand in hand.
Kiran Jain is a globally experienced professional with over 20 years in IT, Soft Skills Training, Human Resource and leadership roles across India, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Her diverse background, combined with a passion for travel, has given her a rich understanding of people, cultures, and what truly connects us—compassion and care.
Her path to senior care is not just shaped by professional growth, but by deeply personal life events. At the age of 13, she lost her father—a loss that left a lasting imprint. She found deep inspiration in her mother, whose work in healthcare was marked by empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to ease the suffering of others. She still remembers the moment her mother said, “I forgot my pain when I saw the pain of others.” That wisdom became the foundation of her belief in the healing power of service.
At 16, her life changed again when she survived a serious accident, spending three months in the hospital. Those months—filled with fear, hope, and care—taught her what it truly means to be vulnerable, and how dignity and kindness in caregiving can restore a person’s spirit.
Today, she brings those life lessons into everything she does. As a certified Soft Skills Trainer and founder of VShine Training & Consultancy, she has empowered thousands through workshops on communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence. She is also the author of “Belief – The Power That Defines Destiny,” a book that reflects her philosophy on inner strength and personal transformation.
A passionate public speaker and positivity blogger, she shares insights that uplift and inspire, encouraging others to lead with empathy and purpose. As a traveler, she embraces new cultures and perspectives, constantly learning and evolving both personally and professionally.
Beyond her career, she is a devoted mother of two daughters and a committed community volunteer. She works closely with nonprofit organizations to support newcomers, immigrants, and women transitioning into the workforce—offering guidance, mentorship, and practical support.
As Owner & Managing Director of Comfort Keepers, she now channels her life’s work and lived experience into creating a compassionate, respectful environment for seniors. Her mission is simple but powerful: to bring warmth, dignity, and genuine human connection to every client and family she serves. A heart-centered care that truly elevates the human spirit.
