There you can find all sorts of information regarding your services from Comfort Keepers, such as viewing schedules, sending messages, and accessing information about your loved one’s status as well as their caregiver.

The family portal is designed to not only house easy to find information about your care services, but also act as a hub where family members can communicate with each other as well as contact the Comfort Keepers staff. In the family portal users can:

• review the Plan of Care that caregivers will follow during visits
• view the schedule for your in-home visits
• learn more about your senior loved one’s caregiver and see their picture
• view documents related to your loved one from the CK file
• see any messages posted by the caregiver, such as status updates and upcoming plans
• use the “Message to Loved One” function to communicate with other family members on the portal
• message the Comfort Keepers administrative staff
