Daniel Sadowinski

Role: Senior Manager

About me: “So, I started out as an arts student at Centennial College. I would spend my spare time taking photos in forests, atop hills, on horseback, and anywhere else I could reach. Later, I spent some time volunteering abroad. That’s when I changed course and settled on business administration (focusing on marketing, in particular). Admittedly, my cat Weska convinced me it was the right choice in this information age.”

Role: District Manager

About Me:  I am a healthcare researcher and dental professional, and bring with me a host of experiences across the healthcare sector. My aim is to promote best practices for staff while also checking in with clients to ensure that we are promoting optimal service according to our care plans.

Shahid Thekketil

Role: Area Manager

About Me:  I am a manager and marketing professional at Comfort Keepers. Creative ways to add value to business is my forte. For those seeking genuine care and comfort like home, my organization and I work each day to make life easier for you. Being able to work and adhere to the organization’s objectives to help those in need, gives me a sense of content and purpose.

Random Quirk: I’m a hardcore soccer fan who always wears the same No. 14 shirt every day, even if I have to wash it twice or thrice a day.

About Me: I am a professional caregiver and serve as an operations management professional.  I bring with me the best of two worlds: a business and service mindset. My work gives me content in both my roles knowing that each day I strive to make lives easier for those in need.

Greatest regret: Creative art was something I enjoyed the most as a child and I wish I had followed that passion even after growing up.

Dahlia Joseph-Rousseau

Role: Coordinator, Client Care

About Dahlia: “I am a nurse by profession, so it’s safe to assume that passion led me here. In retrospect, I do feel that being a caregiver was always my calling. Having cared for countless patients over the years, in addition to close friends and family, I bring this experience with me to the table. With this in mind, I strive to ensure that we work with our clients to render client care a memorable and rewarding experience!”

Random Quirk: When travelling with a passenger, I make sure that they ask Google to tell us cheesy jokes throughout the ride!

Greatest Regret: Interestingly enough, that I did not continue my high school journey to become an Olympic athlete.

Meredith Cooper

Role: Coordinator, After-Hours Operations

About Me: “I have years of experience with office management and have worked for many local companies. Besides, I enjoy talking with people and making their day. Also, I am happy to join Comfort Keepers Home Care because I had a neighbor who used their services and benefitted so much from it!”

Random Quirk: I am a neat freak except when it comes to my dog Jean-Claude Van Damme. Despite this, he’s a pretty neat guy so I’m lucky.

Shane Rousseau
