We, at Comfort Keepers, are committed to being an essential part of the society we serve. Here We are responsible for our professionalism and in a client-centered manner, upholding the dignity and honor of our clients, and holding agreement with ethical principles. Our Code of Ethics is designed to provide Comfort Keepers with ethical principles to use when facing situations that may occur and as for managing relationships with clients, family members, other members of the team support; other health care practitioners; and the public. This code is intended to complement laws, codes, and standards of professional practice.

ADVOCACY: Comfort Keepers consist the responsibility to improve the accessibility, awareness, and quality of our services on behalf of our clients. Comfort Keepers will seek guidance from internally and externally for such situations that could place the organization and/or its clients in jeopardy.

CLIENT AND EMPLOYEE SAFETY: Comfort Keepers understands that the community represents a special environment for health sector employees. Comfort Keepers will take all the possible steps to assess and minimize risk to clients while being responsible for their wishes. Comfort Keepers will also take required measures to ensure the personal safety of employees. Any Safety concerns from both clients and employees will be reported and addressed in a supportive and nonthreatening way. After all the aspects have been considered, Comfort Keepers may withdraw services if employee safety is compromised.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST: None of Comfort Keeper’s owners, employees, or sub-contracted suppliers will compromise services to our clients for the benefit of the organization or individual.
