Welcome to Comfort Keepers Home Care of Victoria BC

Our home care enables seniors to live a better life.

As your loved ones age you may be worried about their safety and ability to live independently.  There is a delicate balance between care and independence.   That’s why we practice in home care at Comfort Keepers.  We believe in it.  In home care makes it possible for your loved one to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, while you can rest easy, knowing that your family is safe and living a high quality of life.  For most of us providing long term care on our own is not an option.  And that’s okay, as long as we ensure our loved ones are properly cared for.

Comfort Keepers of Victoria BC provides a unique and thorough system of home care, which we call Interactive Care giving.  In a nutshell it means that we help your elderly family member live the life they want to live, maintaining their independence and well-being as much as possible. We employ this philosophy whether your family member needs help for 24 hours every day or 5 hours of respite care giving.

It’s important to understand what good care means, because improper care is really what leads to loss of independence and dramatic declines in well-being during our senior years.  The three biggest factors leading to these problems are falls that lead to hospitalization, medication mis-management, and under or malnutrition.  When you think about it senior safety and nutrition have to be at the core of elder care.  They are the foundation for a good life in our senior years.

Our elder years can be a love filled and vibrant time in our lives that allow us to live with dignity and independence.  Your family deserves that.  We all do.  That’s why we are more than happy to help your family member in these years.  Please contact us for more information about our home care and to setup a free in home assessment in the near future.  We are here for you.
