Caregiver Rituals - Some Final Thoughts

Caregiver Rituals – Some Final Thoughts | The last three posts here have been about caregiver rituals and how they can help caregivers keep their sanity. They allow you to calm your mind and centre yourself, both before and after your day.

But some people may be having troubles getting into the swing of their rituals, or even feel overwhelmed at adding another thing to their lists. This is natural, so don’t feel discouraged! There are a few things you can do to overcome any challenges or stress you may be feeling. It might take a little bit more work now, but it will be a great help later, we promise!

The 90-Day Caregiver Rituals Challenge:

The 90-Day Caregiver Ritual Challenge is a way to help you get into your rituals more easily by spending as little as five minutes per day. By easing into your rituals, you reduce the amount of stress and energy it takes to get used to them.

Essentially, you:

  1. Choose one or two Marvelous Morning rituals and one or two Empowering Evening rituals
  2. Commit to doing them for a week then re-evaluate
  3. Evaluate at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days to see how you’re doing

You can see the whole 90-Day Caregiver Ritual Challenge on the Think Aging website here:
