Accreditation is an intensive process in which an organization’s processes, policies, and procedures are examined by industry experts against a set of quality standards. To achieve this award, Comfort Keepers offices met or exceeded the rigorous primer standards, for Home Care companies, as defined by Accreditation Canada. Some of the standards that the Accreditation Primer Award are based upon are Client Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, Employee Safety, and Healthy Work/Life Balance among others.
