Tracy Drury
Owner
Tracy has extensive experience in home care, health, social work, management and process improvements. Tracy has a Bachelor’s in Business, and in Social Work, and is registered with the Alberta College of Social Workers, she also has a Diploma in Adult Psychology.
Tracy worked at several multinational companies as a manager and process improvement expert before working at Alberta Health Services for 9 years as a Social Worker and a Manager. Tracy has spent most of her time at Alberta Health Services in Home Care, both rural and urban, so understands the ever-changing needs of home care and the importance of quality and consistency in care.
Tracy showed exceptional customer service, consistency and quality in her previous business and had 100% compliance in all areas of licensing and regulations in the 12 years she owned the Calgary based business. Tracy sold the business in 2018. Tracy’s passion has always been home care, seniors and assisting clients with their needs and problems.
Due to Tracy’s background she has a wealth of knowledge about home care, senior’s health, dementia care, mental health, business management, resources and connecting services to clients needs.
Mark Drury
Co-Owner
Mark is co-owner of Comfort Keepers, Calgary, and is responsible for the technical and financial side of the business. making sure staff get paid and the business keeps growing.
Marks background is in the trades and in finance, he a licensed financial advisor and brings with him a wealth of accounting and financial experience.
Mark has very strong customer service skills, his background in sales and service have made him adaptable and responsive to customer needs in an ever-changing environment. He understands that the clients are our lifeblood, without happy customers and staff we have no business.
Tracy and Mark’s skills complement each other, with a proven track record of building high quality service they will strive to enhance the Comfort Keepers customer experience.
Tracey LaRocke
After Hours Coordinator
Tracey has been with Comfort Keepers since 2006. Tracey handles all after hour concerns in a very effective and efficient way. The online scheduling and management system helps her to resolve after hour concerns. Tracey is a very important piece of the Comfort Keepers administrative staff and allows Comfort Keepers to provide full 24-hour service.
Tracey was born and raised in Calgary, she has 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 lovebird! She hopes to add to her pets by getting a miniature dash hound (her favourite dog). Tracey enjoys spending her time with her pets, 2 children, canning, baking, trying new recipes on the BBQ, gardening, sitting outside and watch tv shows. She also enjoys going to the mountains, hot springs, hiking, feeding the birds, rabbits, squirrels, and deer (outside her back door).
Tracey has been in the healthcare field for 18 years, has her health care aide certificate and is very interested in expanding her education by getting her Masters in Gerontology. Her compassion for older adults and seniors shows through her hard work and dedication to the job. She is passionate about advocating for her clients.
Tracey was awarded the Canada wide Comfort Keeper of the year Award for 2018. Tracey is a very inspiring person and caregiver! We are so happy to have her as a part of our team!
Cressida Molyneux
Office Manager
Cressida is the office manager at Comfort Keepers Calgary. Cressida brings more than 20 years of experience in education and training with her to Comfort Keepers Calgary.
Cressida has built a career centered on supporting others, developing strong relationships, and helping people achieve their goals. Transitioning into the home care profession has allowed her to bring those same skills and values to an industry that is dedicated to improving the lives of others.
Cressida is passionate about providing exceptional support to both clients and staff. Her strengths include strong people and management skills, organization, and creating a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Cressida believes that compassionate leadership and open communication are the foundation of delivering outstanding care.
Cressida is a firm believer in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, recognizing that when people feel supported both professionally and personally, they are better able to care for others.
Outside of work, Cressida enjoy reading and spending time in the garden, where she is currently trying her hand at growing vegetables, a learning experience that has taught her plenty of patience and reminds her that growth takes time, whether it’s in a garden, a career, or in life.
Sean Davies
Community Coordinator
Originally from Ontario, Sean has an extensive career in healthcare. Sean spent his first 20 years were as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), then transitioned to Therapy assistant (TA) role completing 40 years with Alberta Health Services.
In 2024, Sean joined the Comfort Keepers team, where he works in a variety of roles.
Sean’s responsibilities include providing frontline client care, client driver, conducting client reassessments, and promoting the company through various community outreach activities. Sean enjoys the variety and diversity that his position offers.
Outside of work Sean enjoys gardening, travelling, and creative pursuits such as acrylic painting and pottery.
Maureen Conrad
Scheduler
Maureen is a scheduler with Comfort Keepers, Calgary, originally from Vancouver Island, BC, Maureen has spent the past 16 years building a career in healthcare administration.
Maureen’s professional journey has provided her with a comprehensive background in managing all aspects of life, health, travel, and disability insurance claims, alongside extensive experience in pediatric care, client directed care, radiology, medical diagnostics and complex care scheduling/coordination.
Outside of my work, Maureen is a busy mom of three teenaged daughters who values the importance of family support. Maureen is dedicated to bringing that same level of care and advocacy to every client she supports at Comfort Keepers.
Francis Buzion
Bookkeeper and Scheduling Coordinator
Francis is the Bookkeeper and Scheduling Coordinator at Comfort Keepers, Calgary.
Over the past 18 years, Francis has had the opportunity to work in finance, customer service, sales, and operations. Each experience has helped him develop his organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills while teaching him the value of teamwork, accuracy, and serving others with care.
For the past two years, Francis has been grateful to be part of the Comfort Keepers, Calgary team. In his role, he supports the bookkeeping, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to help ensure our caregivers have the support they need to provide quality care to our clients.
Francis strives to support our clients, their families, and our caregivers with kindness, respect, and understanding. Francis believes that even the work done behind the scenes can make a meaningful difference in creating a positive experience for everyone we serve and in helping our team provide dependable, compassionate care.
Outside of work, Francis enjoys spending time with his wife and their little princess. They remind him every day of the importance of family, compassion, and making the most of each day.
Brittany Hetherington
Client Care Consultant
Originally from England, Brittany has been proud to call Canada home for over 18 years.
Family is very important to Brittany, and she enjoy spending quality time with her loved ones, travelling, and getting lost in a good book.
Brittany is honoured to be part of the Comfort Keepers, Calgary team as a Client Care Consultant. Brittany truly loves her role and the opportunity it gives her to connect with people, support families, and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Brittany believes that compassionate care starts with listening, understanding, and treating every person with kindness and respect.
Being able to help people during important moments in their lives is incredibly rewarding, and I feel grateful to do work that brings purpose and fulfilment every day.
