Comfort Keepers® partners with healthcare professionals to achieve improved patient health and quality of life. Our compassionate caregivers – Comfort Keepers – provide a range of personal care services to assist with ADL’s, and other daily care including medication reminders, meal preparation following medically-prescribed diets, transportation to and from medical appointments, and companionship care, that reduces the risk of repeat illness and hospital admissions.
Our Comfort Keepers work in hospitals, hospices, rehabilitation facilities, and do extensive work with organizations focused on the needs of clients with specific medical conditions, such as Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, diabetes, Parkinson’s and visual impairment.
