Join Comfort Keepers at the Seniors’ Health & Wellness Forum

Please join your local Comfort Keepers this Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Seniors’ Health & Wellness Forum presented by Age Friendly Edmonton. This event will begin at 9 a.m. and feature sessions and exhibitors from around the Edmonton area. Session topics include:

• My Health: Health Resources; planning for a healthy future; seniors community hub initiative
• My Home: Improving physical capacity with home exercise
• My Finances: Recognizing scams; avoiding fraud

The event will take place at the Central Lions Seniors Recreation Centre located at 1113 113 Street in Edmonton.

This event includes free lunch and refreshments, free parking on-site, and free hearing health checks!
