Join Comfort Keepers at the Seniors’ Health & Wellness Forum

Please join your local Comfort Keepers this Saturday, November 3rd at the Seniors’ Health & Wellness Forum presented by agefriendly Edmonton. This event will begin at 9 am and feature sessions and exhibitors from around the Edmonton area. Session topics include:

• My Health: Health Resources; planning for a healthy future; seniors community hub initiative
• My Home: Improving physical capacity with home exercise
• My Finances: Recognizing scams; avoiding fraud

The event will take place at the Central Lions Seniors Recreation Centre located at 1113 113 Street in Edmonton.

This event includes free lunch and refreshments, free parking on-site and free hearing health checks!
