We Walk to Raise Funds for Alzheimer’s Care
Taking Steps to Improve Alzheimer’s Care for Your Loved Ones
Comfort Keepers GTA proudly supports Alzheimer’s care in more ways than one. Our team collectively raised $1,770 for the Alzheimer Society of York Region in May 2021 — more than our original goal. If you’d like to join the cause, it’s not too late to donate. Simply visit our team page here.
In the meantime, check out a few members of our fantastic team who made it happen:
Meet our President, Peter Drutz, and Vice President, Laurie Saunders, before they rode off into the distance all for #WalkForAlz.
Our Office Administrator, Susan Uno, and our Official Office Dog, Teddy, got their steps in midtown Toronto!
Our Director of Client Services, Susan Parker, added 10,014 steps to our team’s total.
This picture may be posed, but this Raise The Barre class was very, very real. Our Client Care Coordinator, Jessie Saunders-Drutz, chose to get her workout in for the #WalkForAlz with an amazing barre class.
These Comfort Keepers GTA teammates got in their steps for the day. The newest member of our team, Cecilia Vega (Human Resources Coordinator), logged 8,098 steps and Stacey Vassos (Director of Franchise Compliance) logged exactly 10,293 steps.
This is one of our Schedulers, Stephanie De Oliveira, who participated in #WalkForAlz with her adorable niece and nephew
Our Head Scheduler, Paola Medina, participated in #WalkForAlz and shared this awesome selfie.
